Description
Thyme essential oil has anti-viral, antibiotic and antiseptic properties and a very useful oil for a wide range of conditions. Coughs and flu can benefit from Thyme essential oil when used in a diffuser.
Important: Thyme essential oil should be used with extra care and always blended with a carrier oil i.e. olive oil when used on the body. When used in a diffuser please note that it has a very strong smell and can be overwhelming so use sparingly.
